No Place Like Foam

Well the beaches are awash with foam. They look like you've just made a chocolate milkshake with about 1/3 icecream, shaken it up and the creamy top is what's all over the beach. It stinks of dead fish and the high tides have been huge (2.68m) so it's been bubbling up through the drains in the main streets.
